Terms of Service

There are three Licensing Prices and a NSFW price:

Personal use = 1x price​​
​(to keep for yourself, use as a profile picture)

Commercial use = 1.5x price
​(for example used for your youtube or twitch channel, if it is used as artwork in games or promotional material)

Merch/Major Commercial use = 3x price
(artwork will be sold on products such as shirts, keychains, etc.)

NSFW = 1.5x base price, this will be applied before licensing prices.​​

Calculating your final price with Licensing Prices example:

Manga Head shot with Line art:
Base = £15
Line Art = +£2
​
Total = £17
​
Personal (1x price) = £17
Commercial (1.5x price) = £25.50
Merch (3x price) = £51

Billing:
When accepted you will be asked to send a Payment via KO-FI. Once payment is confirmed, I will start working on your commission
Commissions are worked on a first come first served basis in the order that they have been received.

Commission Stuff

Will send a rough sketch before payment, a cleaner sketch will be sent after your approval and payment.

Depending on the commissioned piece you will get a number of revisions included in the price.

Once the commissioned piece is finished, minor edits can be done, any major or previously approved edits may cost extra.

Minor edits good!

Major edits that will completely change or stray from the original accepted sketch not so good!

(If you have approved of an edit before and now want to change it, so long as it isn't a big edit it should be fine, all depends on the artwork commissioned, generally not a big deal!) :D

Resized versions of the artwork can be sent after completion.

The Important Stuff

Commissioner may not claim the artwork as their own.

Commissioner may not resell the artwork itself (save for the Merch/Major Commercial use commissions).

The artist may post the finished artwork as well.

The purchase is for digital artwork.

Refunds offered on exception. (Talk to me!)

Paying for the invoice means the commissioner accepts these terms and conditions.
Please note that there may be art that I am not comfortable drawing. Please keep in mind that I may exceptionally decline a commission if it is outside of my comfort zone.​

Gore/extreme etc: Sorry but these will likely be declined
​
You will be informed before any payment if I will accept your commission, please do not pay before I have accepted your commission.
